Web Design

Designer web pages - complex, feature-rich professional page design. From £125.
Advanced page design - straightforward, uniquely designed web pages: less demanding than "Designer" pages but with customized strong, graphical backgrounds / features. £39.99.
Standard page design - plain pages - bright, professional, generic - but simple, standardized graphical backgrounds. £14.99
Follow-on page creation - re-using the same design (includes placement of simple provided text / simple picture), per page. £7.50.
Paper-Based Design Reproduction - Creation of a web page from a detailed "paper" based blueprint (including any non-HTML electronic format such as PDF, Word, Flash, images). From 199.99. (It is generally technically complicated to transfer a design from one medium to another.)
HTML Design Revision - (requiring restructuring, e.g. to convert an existing site into the DIY online editor). From RRP £49.99.

Professional picture preparation - sizing, cropping, optimizing, retouching / correcting defects and adjusting levels, precise positioning in the final page. From £39.99 per unit.
Standard picture upload - basic resizing, cropping, optimizing and simple placement on the page, including use in straightforward backgrounding (such as non-keyed tiling). £3.99 per unit.
Professional Logo Creation - Highlight your business name / initials / message with a catchy graphical device. From £125.
Standard logo Creation - a graphical-effect rendering of your text, such as lighting / textures, with no or minimal or suitable user-provided graphics. From £18.99.
Custom Link Buttons - plain text / colour effects as an alternative to the standard "block" buttons, per set. £7.99.

Pricing of Web Elements

These charges are for work actually undertaken. Some degree of drafting / approval is to be expected, but this has to be rather limited within such a low standard budget - so it is important to clarify important requirements from the outset to prevent any unexpected charges.

Extensive re-drafting will indeed tend to produce better results, which is why design can be so expensive. At these low prices, any significant re-drafting work should be assumed to incur a further charge each time. If your needs are very exacting and re-drafts can be expected, it may be best to agree a specific overall cost with us - generally 2 to 3 times the above charges - beforehand.

Note also that a "unit" is the average of the inputs and outputs of a job. For example, the number of units in a job to re-work 2 pages of text into 4 is 2+4 /2 = 3. The number of units involved in a job to combine 3 pictures into one composite one is 3+1 /2 = 2. They are charged accordingly.

Web Facilities

Domain Registration - generally lasts for one year. £9.99. (One domain free with all standard packages.)
Domain Renewals - generally 9.99 per annum. (One domain free with all standard packages.)
Basic Picture Resizing Software - free to customers (although most PCs already have suitable facilities - details coming soon).
Easy-Edit Content Management Facilities - update your web site without any technical / HTML etc. skills. FREE (when built-in from the outset, as is standard).
Expanded Web Reply Forms - customized fields / checks; from £25.
Autoresponder (basic) - collect email addresses from your visitors; from £25.
E-commerce Payment Button - single or "open" price. £18.99.
E-commerce Upgrade - simple paypal basket (but no catalogue or easy-upkeep facilities) plus 4 items. £39.99.
10GB Hosting - monthly limit (up to a million pages if low-graphics). Only £3 / month. (First year free on all standard packages.)
