Commissioning a New Website

• Get organized - plan out what your site is for and how it will be used.
• Prepare a list of page titles and the text (in electronic form) and other material to go on each page. For Premium design orders, we can assist you with this step.
• Except for Micro and Mini sites (and to a limited extent on Value sites), we will need to see any current printed material that you would like us to match - in electronic or printed form.
• Decide which of our packages best suits your needs. (If no package is perfect, decide which is closest to what you need, and we can add to or subtract from it, and adjust the price accordingly, to build you the perfect deal.)
• If you haven't already got one, you will need a domain name (your "web address"). Alternatively, you may use one that you have already registered (subject to any restrictions and fees sometimes imposed by registrars).
• Contact us to confirm the details. Once we have your material and payment (or a 50% deposit for orders over £125), we will begin.  For the smallest sites, delivery is usually in around 3 days; while for bigger projects, 1 - 2 weeks can be typical, partly determined by how fast the client can move (we don't want you to feel rushed).
